Performing artists and performance times may change due to company circumstances or on-site conditions. Due to the nature of festival performances, ticket refunds and compensation are not possible for such reasons.

- For the safety of the audience and smooth viewing of the performance, the use of umbrellas, parasols, and mats is prohibited in the standing zone, and the use of other items that may cause disturbance may be prohibited.
- In the standing zone, the use of items that may interfere with the performance (umbrellas, parasols, mats, etc.) and the consumption of food and beverages are prohibited.
- The permitted mat size is limited to 1.2m*1.2m per 2 people.
- Reserving seats is prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to other audience members and may lead to loss of personal belongings.
- If there is only luggage on the mat and no one else, you can move it at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during this process, so if you are going to be away for a long time, please move the mat and your personal luggage as well.
- If you interfere with the performance of others or engage in any behavior that threatens safety, you may be immediately removed from the venue and no refunds will be issued.
- Cheer items other than flags are allowed to be used, but may be prohibited if they are deemed to interfere with the performance.
