Please note the following when participating in this course:
Participant age: 10 to 75 years old
What to wear and what to bring: What to bring: - Backpack (approximately 20-30 liters) - Snacks - Lunch - Drinking water/water bottle - Sunglasses or ski goggles Clothing - Winter shoes or hiking boots (waterproof) - Ski wear or winter mountain outerwear (top and bottom) - Warm clothing (fleece, sweater, etc.) - Thick socks - Winter hat (knit or other winter type) - Winter gloves (thin and medium-thick) - Bath kit/change of clothes (these can be left in the car).
Rental equipment: Specialized equipment such as snowshoes and poles are available for free rental. In addition to the above, goggles, waterproof and cold-resistant outerwear, and waterproof and cold-resistant snow boots are available for rental, but at an additional cost. If you would like to rent additional items for a fee, please let us know the size and quantity for each gender when you register. The rental fees listed below are per item. Ski goggles (one size fits all): 500 yen Warm and waterproof outerwear set (S-LL sizes): 2,000 yen Warm and waterproof shoes (21-29cm): 2,000 yen
