- This snowshoe tour takes you to the hidden spots of Shirogane Onsen, nestled among the birch forests deep in Biei. We head for the "Blue River," the Biei River, which is the same cobalt blue as the Blue Pond. A professional guide will provide detailed lectures on winter hiking tips. We offer free transportation from Asahikawa Station and Biei Station. This tour is recommended for those who want a unique snowshoeing experience or want to try snowshoeing for the first time. After descending the mountain, we will stop by Shirahige Falls. If you wish, you can also stop by a nearby hot spring.
- Specialized equipment is available for free rental!
- Specialized equipment such as snowshoes and poles can be rented free of charge. In addition to the above, goggles, winter gloves, waterproof and cold-resistant outerwear, and waterproof and cold-resistant snow boots are available for rental at an additional cost. If you would like to rent for a fee, please let us know when you apply. The rental fees listed below are per item. Ski goggles (one size fits all) and winter gloves: 500 yen; Cold-resistant and waterproof outerwear set (S-LL sizes): 2000 yen; Cold-resistant and waterproof shoes (21-29cm): 2000 yen

- We provide free transportation from Asahikawa Station or Biei Station. You can participate by public transportation. We can also provide transportation from accommodations around the station. Please note that the meeting and disbanding locations will generally be the same. If you meet in Asahikawa, you will disband in Asahikawa.

- Tours are limited to small groups to ensure thorough support. The number of groups is limited to two, with a maximum of five people. As a measure against the coronavirus, alcohol disinfectant and disposable masks are provided in the shuttle bus.

What You Can Expect

- 09:00Full itinerary. Check in at the meeting point. After check-in, move to the activity site. 10:30 Arrival at the activity site. Preparation. 10:30~13:30 Snowshoeing experience. 14:30~15:30 After the experience, dismissal at Biei Station or Asahikawa Station.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Tours may be canceled before departure due to weather conditions or other force majeure reasons. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the tour is canceled for the above reasons, there will be no cancellation fee. In addition, depending on weather conditions and other circumstances, we may change the course or schedule to ensure the safety of our guests. Please note that we cannot provide refunds, including all expenses, even if the original purpose of the tour is not achieved as a result.

- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
