Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may not be conducted in the event of bad weather on the day. The tour may also be cancelled at the guide's discretion, taking into consideration road and weather conditions on the day. Please call us to confirm.

- ・When participating in various outdoor sports in the natural environment, please be sure to follow the tour guide's warnings and instructions. ・The guide may change the time and location or cancel the tour at his/her discretion, taking into account the weather on the day. Please note that even if the tour is canceled on the day, we will not cover transportation costs to the site. ・You may be required to pay for any intentional damage or loss of rental equipment. ・Participation while drunk or hungover is strictly prohibited. ・Group tours are also accepted. This is an outdoor activity that will be enjoyed for a long time, so please dress warmly. We recommend waterproof winter shoes or boots. Regular sneakers are not recommended as your feet will get cold and you will not be able to enjoy the experience. If you do not have winter boots, they are available for rental (for a fee). Numbers are limited, so please inquire when making a reservation.

What to wear and bring: ・Warm, insulated, waterproof clothing (e.g., ski wear) ・Warm boots (waterproof snow boots that cover your ankles or rubber boots) ・Gloves (insulated) ・Hat (that covers your ears) ・Thick socks *Rental equipment is also available. Please note that numbers are limited and may not be available.
Regarding rental equipment: All equipment for activities such as snowshoes is included in the tour price. *Clothing is not included in the tour price and must be rented. Rental wear is also available, so please contact us if you are interested (additional charges apply). ★Special discounted clothing rental rates for tour users only★ We also offer rental of ski wear, winter boots, gloves, etc. for the day of the tour. If you would like this service, please let us know when you make your reservation. - Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
