Flights between Kathmandu and Lukla are not included in the base package price. However, the Lukla flight can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Flight prices vary depending on season, airline availability, and weather conditions.

- This trek operates during designated trekking seasons. Exact departure dates will be confirmed after booking.
- Kathmandu–Lukla–Kathmandu flights are not included in the package price. Flights can be arranged upon request at an additional cost, subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Flights to and from Lukla are highly weather-dependent and may experience delays or cancellations. Extra buffer days are strongly recommended.
- A valid passport and Nepal visa are required for all participants.
- Participants should be in good physical condition and prepared for high-altitude trekking.
- Proper acclimatization days are included, but altitude sickness can still occur; trekkers must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
- Travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking (up to 5,600 m) and emergency evacuation is mandatory.
- Single room accommodation in Kathmandu and during the trek may be available at an additional cost.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, trail conditions, or safety reasons.
- Porter service is not included in the package price. A porter can be arranged upon request at an additional cost, subject to availability. One porter is typically shared between two trekkers, with a maximum load limit for safety.
