Infant prices do not include a seat. If a seat is required, please register according to the child's registration.
Reminders
This is a "group tour pending": the minimum number of participants is 8. Please confirm whether the group will be formed 2 days in advance. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
If you are staying in a private villa or in a location inaccessible by a minibus, we will arrange alternative pick-up and drop-off locations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our company is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or attraction cancellations caused by force majeure events such as traffic or weather. Thank you for your understanding.

This is a group tour, and the actual pick-up time will be adjusted according to the order of pick-up and drop-off. Please wait at the designated location at the agreed time. No refunds will be given for failure to board the vehicle due to personal reasons.
This is a shared ride tour. You can also choose to charter a private private charter car/ private charter boat or have a private guide (additional charges apply).
It is recommended to wear a swimsuit before departure and bring a change of clothes, sunscreen, and a towel.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
