2. Ticket Purchase and Validity
Ticketing Platform: All tickets are sold through KKday ("the Platform") and are subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Platform's General Terms of Use.
Validity: Tickets are only valid for the specific date and time period selected at the time of purchase.
E-tickets: All tickets will be sent as e-tickets to the email address you provide at checkout. You must present a valid e-ticket (displayed on your mobile phone or printed out) for entry.
Non-transferable and non-refundable: Tickets are for personal use only and are non-transferable and "strictly non-refundable" except in the event of complete cancellation of the event (see Article 7).
3. Entry and Late Arrival
Admission Policy: This event is an immersive and limited-time experience. To ensure minimal impact on all participants, "latecomers will not be admitted."

It may not be suitable for individuals with light or sound sensitivity, claustrophobia, photosensitive epilepsy, or other similar conditions. If you feel unwell, please leave immediately and notify staff.
Reflective flooring may affect depth perception, so please walk slowly and do not run.
Reflective floors may appear slippery, so it is recommended to wear non-slip footwear and high heels are discouraged.
Pregnancy and Health Conditions: Pregnant women, those with a history of heart disease, back or neck problems, or any other serious health issues are advised to consult their doctor before participating. You participate in this activity at your own risk.
Seating/Viewing Arrangements: You may need to sit or lie down during the performance. Specific seating arrangements will be explained within the venue. If you require special assistance, please inform the staff upon arrival.
Venue Environment: The performance takes place in a closed, dark, and air-conditioned dome-shaped venue. For your safety, please follow all instructions from staff.
Do not touch or lean against the walls and structures.

5. Age restrictions and guardianship
Minimum age: Due to the intense sensory experience of this activity, participants aged 12 and above are recommended to participate. All participants, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket.
Children: Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) with a valid ticket for the same session.
6. Prohibited Items and Behaviors

- Use a mobile phone or other light-emitting device.
- Food and beverages.
- Smoking, e-cigarettes or similar products.
- Prohibited drugs.
- Any items that staff deem dangerous or disturbing.
Any participant found to have violated the above rules may be immediately removed from the venue without a refund.
7. Cancellation, postponement and force majeure
Cancellation by the organizer: If the event is completely cancelled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Postponement: If the event is postponed, your tickets will automatically apply to the new date. You can request a refund if you are unable to attend on the new date.
Force Majeure: The organizer shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions due to events constituting "force majeure." These events include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions (strong winds, thunderstorms, heavy rain), power outages, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, or any other cause beyond the organizer's reasonable control.
Severe Weather Policy: As the venue is an outdoor structure, this event is subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event at its discretion.
8. Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizers, venue owners, and this platform shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, however caused, unless proven to be due to the negligence of the organizers.
