- Child fare policy: For children 1.2 m and under, the fare includes transportation and guide service fees only. All other expenses are not included. Any admission fees incurred must be paid by the traveler.
- Attraction order: Travel and sightseeing times in the itinerary are estimates and may vary. The actual schedule is subject to local arrangements. The order of attractions may be adjusted based on the situation on the day (peak/off-peak seasons, traffic, etc.).
- VIP access: VIP access is suspended on May 2-3, October 2-4, and the second, third, and fourth days of the Lunar New Year at the Wulingyuan Core Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie.
- Optional expenses: Bailong Elevator (ascent) CNY 65/person, Tianzi Mountain cable car (descent) CNY 72/person, Ten-Mile Gallery mini-train (one-way) CNY 38/person, etc. Participation is voluntary and not mandatory.
- Recommended activities: The guide may recommend optional activities during the tour. Participation is voluntary and based on personal preference. If you choose to participate and complete the experience on-site, it is considered an acknowledgment of the content and price of the activity. KKday will not accept any refund requests or negative feedback regarding these optional activities after the tour.
