- Child price standard: Ages 0-6 years old (exclusive), includes only seat fee, guide service fee, and travel accident insurance; nothing else is included. If the child exceeds the age or height limit, please pay the difference on-site. For children aged 6 and above, please book at the adult price.
- The 80 RMB/person station-to-station vehicle fee for visiting Heaven Pool is not included in the itinerary. Due to tight ticket availability in the scenic area, staff will generally help you purchase the Changbaishan North Scenic Area combo ticket in advance (including small transport in the scenic area). If you do not wish to visit the main peak of Heaven Pool for personal reasons, please inform us in advance before the trip; otherwise, the costs incurred cannot be refunded on the day. Please pay the scenic area transport fee to our relevant staff (guide or tour leader) on the day of the tour.
- The guide or driver will provide explanations on the vehicle. After handling the entry procedures for the scenic area, they will not accompany you up the mountain. You will explore the mountain on your own, and the guide or driver will wait for the group at the bottom of the mountain.
- Because the Changbaishan Scenic Area requires a reservation 7 days in advance, we will book tickets for you online. If we fail to secure tickets, we will notify you by 8:00 PM the day before, and you can choose to postpone the trip or receive a full refund.
- When verifying tickets at the Changbaishan Scenic Area entrance, you must present your valid identification (including ID card, passport, or Exit-Entry Permit for Hong Kong and Macao) to scan and enter the area; no need to exchange for paper tickets. Please queue for ticket verification.
- The eco-friendly buses within the Changbaishan Scenic Area can be used repeatedly between attractions with a single ticket. Please choose your route according to your sightseeing needs when boarding, and please queue for the bus.
- Whether the Changbaishan Scenic Area and the main peak Heaven Pool are open depends on weather conditions; we cannot guarantee that every guest will be able to see the mysterious face of Heaven Pool.
- Mobile network signals within the Changbaishan Scenic Area are unstable. Please be sure to follow the meeting time agreed upon with the driver and gather on time to avoid delaying everyone's itinerary.
- For safety reasons, this activity does not accept bookings from pregnant women, or tourists with serious health conditions such as heart disease or infectious diseases (if concealed, we will not be responsible for any accidents). Thank you for your understanding.
