The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.

A group can be formed with 1 or more members, and each group can have a maximum of 43 members.

The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group.)

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

We will depart as scheduled despite the rain.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and the company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.

If the strawberry harvest is insufficient due to weather or other natural factors, and strawberry picking cannot be carried out, we will go to other places to enjoy cherry blossoms instead.

The flowering condition of flowers may be affected by the weather. If the flowering condition is not ideal on the day of departure, our company cannot be held responsible or compensated.

* (Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can share a Luge with an adult; those 65 years and older can only ride the aerial cable car.)* If time permits, you can experience the Luge again at your own expense.

The seaside bikes are for 4 people per bike. The guide will allocate bikes according to the number of people on the day. If you require a 2-person bike for yourself or a 4-person bike for 3 people, please inquire about the relevant additional charges when booking.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in bodily injury or death, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance to the best of their ability; our company and its members bear no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered.

The tour fee includes admission tickets to all attractions. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.

Each customer on a one-day tour receives a bottle of premium deep-sea water from South Korea.

A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!

Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and drinks, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. If you have special needs, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself, as we cannot accommodate all requests. This offer does not apply to children who do not occupy a seat and whose tour fee is waived.

If you are traveling with a child under 36 months old who does not occupy a seat, you need to bring the child's passport and show it to the attraction staff to verify their age if necessary.

We have specially arranged to provide each guest with a complimentary selected breakfast (bread/cake). *Please understand that the quantity and variety of breakfast options are limited and cannot be selected individually.

The itinerary's attractions and return arrival times are subject to change depending on traffic conditions on the day; guests are not entitled to claim compensation or refunds for this reason.
