  • At R2 Surf Union, we offer lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced surfers. Women are, of course, more than welcome! You will learn the basics and rules of surfing, as well as ocean knowledge and the joy of riding waves. Regardless of gender, people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond take our surfing lessons, and almost everyone experiences the thrill of taking off and sliding down a wave on their very first day.

  • At our surfing school, we strive to ensure that even complete beginners can learn while having fun. In addition, we provide lectures with a curriculum tailored to each individual's level, so most people will be able to experience riding a wave in just one day. Whether you are male or female, a child or an adult, our staff looks forward to welcoming you to our school.
  • Reasonable pricing
  • We have set our prices to be reasonable so that you can experience surfing more casually. Of course, this includes the surfboard rental fee, wetsuit rental fee, and the 1-day facility usage fee during the surfing school. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, a towel, and beach sandals!

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Regarding weather: If it is deemed dangerous due to high waves or strong winds, the tour will be postponed. *The tour will generally proceed even if it rains.

Other important points:

  • Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • What to wear and bring: ・Please bring enough clothing for swimming (swimsuit, bath towel, sandals, etc.) ・If you have your own wetsuit or board, you may use them. ・In the summer (mid-July to September), please bring your own rash guard, T-shirt, swim trunks, etc.

  • Rental equipment: Wetsuits, boards
