- 11:15The first waterfall appears! It's a 14-meter waterfall! The guide will lower everyone down with a rope! Your legs might be shaking...
- 12:15Lunchtime! After all the excitement, it's time for lunch! What's on the menu today...? Actually, this is an exciting time for the guide too!
- 13:00The second half begins! With our stomachs full and ready to lie down... before we get sleepy, it's time for the afternoon tour!

In rare cases, we may decide to cancel the tour on the day due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will refund the participation fee, but we will not cover any other expenses. Reminders
Participant age: 12 to 70 years old
What to wear and bring: Change of clothes, swimsuit, clothes that you don't mind getting wet, shoes, towel, sunscreen, etc. If you wear contact lenses, please switch to disposable contacts or bring swimming goggles. We will provide all gear and clothing. *We recommend wearing a soft swimsuit or underwear under your wetsuit!
Rental equipment: Includes life jackets, wetsuits, helmets, shoes, jackets, etc. We have shoes available in sizes 18-31cm, and wetsuits in sizes 130-190cm. Please contact us if you are outside of these sizes.

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
