Maintenance is very easy as long as you avoid high-temperature, high-humidity areas in midsummer and direct sunlight. Rest assured, we provide after-care support, including advice on how to grow your moss. ～Daily Schedule～ ① Reception and explanation: 5 minutes ② Selecting materials for the moss terrarium: 10 minutes ③ Moss terrarium workshop: 30 minutes ④ Maintenance instructions: 5 minutes ⑤ Break and nature observation: 10 minutes ⑥ Moss information: 5 minutes ⑦ Cleanup and packing: 5 minutes

- In the quiet, vast countryside, feel the seasonal scenery, sounds, and scents of nature. Forget the time and immerse yourself in the relaxing moss terrarium experience. The workshop is available daily. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. You can also take a break to enjoy nature observation. Please feel free to contact us. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
