    • *This tour is a monitor tour held from [October 25th to 30th]. 　Please participate at a special price and kindly cooperate with a survey after the tour ends. (*Please note that participation in this tour is limited to those who can ride a bicycle.) Southern district of the World Heritage site Shirakawa-go. This is a tour where you will pedal your way to the 'Oshirakawa Garden' located deep within the unexplored region of Shirakawa-go, inside Hakusan National Park. You will travel approximately 14km with an elevation gain of about 600m on an e-bike (electric assist bicycle). Oshirakawa Garden is a designated national special protection area, where many giant trees stand, allowing you to experience the depth of the forest. Along the way, you will see the 72m-tall 'Shiramizu Falls', and at the goal, the emerald green 'Lake Shiramizu' will soothe you. We will have lunch together by the lake while enjoying the view. Please also enjoy bathing in the natural open-air hot spring by the lakeside♪ The season is at the peak of autumn foliage! Let's ride our e-bikes together through the stunning, golden 'autumn leaves'! ■Date and Time: October 25th - 30th, 2023, 9:00-15:00 　(*Please arrive in clothing suitable for cycling) ■Meeting Place: In front of the restroom building at Roadside Station 'Hida Shirakawa' ■Target Age: Junior high school students and above (up to 65 years old) 　*Since the e-bike (bicycle) sizes are for adults, elementary school students and younger cannot participate. ■Minimum Participants: 2 (Capacity: 5) ■What to Bring: Backpack for your belongings, drinks, towel, change of clothes (for the open-air bath), copy of your health insurance card *No-shows or late arrivals may cause inconvenience to other guests.     Regarding the cancellation of the event:

    • In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances that make it unsafe to provide the activity, we will cancel the activity and refund the full amount. (No cancellation fee will be charged in this case.)

    Important notes regarding course participation:

    • * Unauthorized cancellations or lateness may inconvenience other customers. Please contact us in advance and arrive early. * Lateness of 15 minutes or more may be treated as a cancellation. (Please note that 100% of the fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.)

    Other special notes:

    • *Since the e-bikes (bicycles) are adult-sized, children under elementary school age cannot participate.

    • Regarding clothing and belongings: A backpack for carrying your belongings, a copy of your health insurance card.

    • Rental equipment: e-bike (including helmet and communication radio)

    • Minimum number of participants: 2

    Cancellation Policy

    • For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
