Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be cancelled due to weather. If the tour is cancelled, we will contact you by phone in advance, but please note that we may not be able to contact you if the weather suddenly worsens.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・The experience lasts approximately 15 minutes, but additional time will be required for training etc. ・Those with chronic heart conditions, poor health, pregnant women, those taking drugs, those under the influence of alcohol, injured people, and those wearing glasses or contact lenses are not permitted to participate in any towing. ・To ensure your safety, all customers using our shop are asked to read, agree to, and sign a "liability waiver" on-site.

Get off at Tatsuno-Nishi IC on the Sanyo Expressway → Take National Route 2 to National Route 250 → Arrive at "Sakura Chaya Sweets Shop." (30-40 minutes from Tatsuno-Nishi IC)
・By train:
Take a 30-minute taxi ride from Hon-Tatsuno Station on the JR Sanyo Main Line (approximately 3,500 yen one way)
・By other means:
Round trip from Tatsuno Station on the JR Sanyo Main Line to the shop costs 6,000 yen per vehicle. *Reservation required
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
