This information will be provided to the insurance company in advance. Backpacks are large, so one for every four people is sufficient. *Example* Hiroaki Hasegawa, Male, 55 Koyama Motomachi, Kita-ku, Kyoto, 30 years old, 170cm, 26cm, weight 78kg, slightly chubby (usually wears XL), 1 pair of shorts, no backpack needed.

Regarding tour cancellation:

• The tour will proceed in rainy weather. However, it will be cancelled if danger is expected due to rising water levels, etc. In such cases, we will contact the representative's mobile phone or email. If you are coming from far away and departing the night before or early in the morning, please check with our guide's mobile phone at 090-3719-4238 before you depart.

Notes for course participation:

• ● Required items: ・Swimsuit or innerwear (top and bottom). We recommend tight-fitting types. Quick-drying dry shirts, leggings, or tights make it easier to put on the wetsuit and provide warmth. ・Food and drinks. You will eat inside the cave. A 500ml plastic bottle is sufficient for a water bottle. ・Shorts. To be worn over the wetsuit. Any material is fine as long as it is durable and does not come off easily. (If you do not have shorts, you can rent them on-site for 500 yen.) ・Backpack that can get wet. One for every few people is enough for food and drinks. ・Towel to wipe your body after the tour. This will be left in the car. ● Recommended items: ・Gloves. For hand protection and warmth. Neoprene materials for diving or fishing are warm. Available at Workman for 1000-1500 yen. ・Socks. Effective for preventing blisters and keeping warm. Tabi socks or five-toe socks are recommended. ・Sandals. Convenient for changing clothes when wet.

• ・Jumping may cause injuries such as fractures, dislocations, sprains, or bruises depending on the jumper's bone density, posture, and water depth. ・Natural rocks may look smooth at first glance, but you may get your feet caught or hit your heels when sliding down, which could lead to injuries such as fractures, dislocations, sprains, or bruises. You will be led by the guide's vehicle for another 30 minutes from there. Microbuses and similar sizes are not allowed. Please arrive wearing your swimsuit. We will set up a simple changing area at the end of the tour, but it is for women only and there will be a queue. There is no roof or cover when changing, so it is convenient for both men and women to have a changing towel and sandals. Please allow plenty of time for your trip. If you do not arrive by the meeting time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the cancellation fee is 100%.
