Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • If the ocean conditions are bad and ocean training is not possible, we may ask you to reschedule.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • ・We may not be able to provide rentals for people over 180cm tall, with a waist over 100cm, chest over 120cm, or leg length over 28cm, so please contact us. ・If your health condition makes you unsuitable for diving, we may refuse you from diving. ・If you are undergoing vision correction, please let us know when you apply. ・If you are coming by car, please check when making your reservation.

Other important points to note:

  • You cannot board a plane on the same day after diving. You must wait at least 12 hours before boarding a plane after diving.

How to Get There
・By car: Take the Tomei Expressway's Atsugi Interchange. Take the Odawara-Atsugi Road's Odawara-Nishi Interchange toward Odawara City. Turn left onto National Route 135 toward Odawara City. Turn right onto National Route 1 at the Hayakawaguchi intersection. Go straight at the Honmachi intersection. Our store will be on your right about 50 meters down the road. By train: JR Tokaido Main Line: Approximately 60 minutes by express train from Tokyo Station to Odawara Station. Approximately 30 minutes by Shinkansen. Odakyu Line: Approximately 70 minutes by Romancecar from Shinjuku Station to Odawara Station. Please meet at the west exit of Odawara Station on time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
