The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.

A group can be formed with 1 or more members, and each group can have a maximum of 44 members.

The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group.)

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

We will depart as scheduled despite the rain.

If the strawberry harvest is insufficient due to weather or other natural factors, and strawberry picking cannot be carried out, we will go to other places to enjoy cherry blossoms instead.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and the company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in bodily injury or death, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance to the best of their ability; our company and its members bear no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered.

The tour fee includes admission tickets to all attractions. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.

Each customer on a one-day tour receives a bottle of premium deep-sea water from South Korea.

A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line. Please take note!

Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. For special requests, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare your own, as we cannot accommodate all requests.

This offer does not apply to children who do not occupy a seat and whose tour fee is waived.

If you are traveling with a child under 36 months old who does not occupy a seat, you need to bring the child's passport and show it to the attraction staff to verify their age if necessary.

We have arranged for each guest to receive a complimentary selection of breakfast bread/cake. Please note that the quantity and variety of breakfast items are limited and selection is not available.

The itinerary's attractions and return arrival times are subject to change depending on traffic conditions on the day; guests are not entitled to claim compensation or refunds for this reason.
