You may choose from the following two room types:
Family Room (2–3 guests)
- 1 double bed,
- 1 extra bed/floor mattress (Korean Ondol style)
Suite (4–6 guests)
- 1 room with a double bed
- 1 room in Korean Ondol style - 2 sets of extra bedding and mattresses

- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is by 11:00.
- Room types and bed arrangements are assigned randomly by the hotel; specific requests cannot be accommodated.
- Ondol Room: Traditional Korean heated flooring with bedding laid out on the floor.
- Breakfast: Not included in the package.
- Snow-view room: May be available upon check-in for an additional fee. If you wish to book in advance, please use the customization options during booking.
- Check-in delays: Delays may occur during weekends and consecutive holidays.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation and changes are allowed up to 2 days before the departure date; cancellations and changes are not allowed within 2 days of the departure date.
- Latecomers will not be able to participate in the event and will not be eligible for rescheduling, cancellation, or refund.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
1. The hotel does not provide towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or other toiletries. Please bring your own.
2. Children aged 0-24 months participate in the tour free of charge (no seat required; one infant per order). Children over 24 months are charged the adult price. There is no age limit for the activity; all ages are welcome to participate.
3. Equipment size restrictions are as follows: • Ski boots: 165mm–325mm (Korean size) • Skateboard shoes: 200mm–300mm (Korean size)
4. Appropriate ski equipment and a valid ski pass are required to enter the ski resort.
5. Skiing is a thrilling sport and is not recommended for people with medical conditions, pregnant women, or the elderly.
6. If you are bringing a stroller, wheelchair or large luggage, please indicate this in the notes when checking out.
7. The shuttle bus will not make any restroom stops along the way, and eating and drinking are prohibited on board.
8. Coin-operated lockers are available near the rental area; the hotel does not offer luggage storage services. • Large lockers: ₩2,000/use, small lockers: ₩1,000/use.
9. This activity does not include any personal travel insurance. Due to the inherent risks of outdoor activities, please ensure you assess your own health condition to determine if you are fit to participate. The organizer will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by unforeseen events or force majeure.
