- All participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with this activity. In case of illness or injury, the provider may arrange necessary medical treatment or evacuation at the guest’s expense. Guests are responsible for any damages to the yacht or its equipment. The company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
4. Surcharges
- For guests bringing an outside caterer, a corkage fee applies: ₱3,300 for food / ₱2,200 for drinks (Ice can be provided by the yacht upon request.)
Reminders
Cancellations are not allowed, except in cases of fortuitous events such as government-declared typhoons, official port closures, or yacht company technical issues. Provider-Initiated Cancellations If the yacht company cancels a trip due to safety, technical, or legal reasons, guests may choose between a refund or rebooking.
The yacht company shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, or other events beyond its control.
Cancellations due to change of mind or schedule conflicts are fully chargeable and non-refundable.
Guests who fail to appear on the day of the trip will be considered no-shows and charged in full.
