Our group is calculated based on a combination of 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children sharing a room (children are charged for not occupying a bed). If the group size exceeds the above room standard, any extra guests or single guests will need to pay a Single room surcharge.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

**【Group Formation Soon】Plan:** After placing an order, a second confirmation is required to confirm whether the group can be formed. The final confirmation from the supplier shall prevail. If the group cannot be formed, our company will notify you 15 working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

【Group Formed】This means that there are already sufficient bookings for the designated departure date of this group tour. However, departure is subject to other factors, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision.

**Please provide the Chinese name and Home Return Permit information of each traveler when booking. The correct name as it appears on the travel document must be provided. Please carefully verify the names and identification information of all participants on the receipt. Our company will not bear any additional costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect names. If errors in the customer's name or other information are discovered after the tickets have been issued, the airline has the right to refuse boarding or require the customer to pay handling fees or repurchase a ticket at the full price. All related costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.**

For groups of 10 or fewer, without a licensed Hong Kong tour leader, the group will be accompanied by a staff member from the start to the end of the tour. Only work-related matters will be arranged. The staff member will assist with assembly at the designated meeting point. For groups of 11 or more, a licensed Hong Kong tour leader will accompany the group. The licensed Hong Kong tour leader will accompany the group throughout the entire process, from start to end.

Three business days prior to departure, you will be notified via SMS or personal contact of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel.

Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.

Please ensure that your travel document has a minimum validity of six months (calculated from the return date). As airline regulations require, your travel document must have two full blank pages printed with the word "Visa" for use as a visa label and for entry/exit record stamping by local immigration authorities; otherwise, the airline has the right to refuse boarding.

The package does not include the airport tax of HK$942 per person, which will be collected by contacting the customer via WhatsApp within one business day after order confirmation.

The tour fee does not include service fees (including local guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each guest needs to pay a service fee of HK$130 per person per day (HK$780 per person for 6 days), which is the same regardless of age. The fee will be collected by contacting the guest via WhatsApp within one working day after the order is confirmed.

The tour package does not include travel insurance. Guests are required to purchase personal travel insurance at the time of registration. This exemption applies if guests have their own annual personal travel insurance. Otherwise, guests must purchase the "Enjoy Angsana" comprehensive annual travel insurance from our company, which costs HK$278.

All fees must be paid in full before departure to secure a guest's place.

Due to currency fluctuations, increased airfare costs due to fuel surcharges, or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to transportation tickets, hotels, and insurance) that could lead to higher costs, our company reserves the right to charge customers additional fees before they pay the full tour fee and other related charges. Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified separately. Fuel surcharge rates are subject to the airline's final announcement. All fees must be paid in full before departure.

The age definitions on our company's fares are as follows: 0 to 23 months are infants; 2 to 11 years are children (the age definition for children varies depending on the route); 12 years and above are adults.

The infant (0-1 year old) fee only includes the ticketing fee from the airfare and transportation service provider, and does not include hotel accommodations, meals, or other transportation arrangements that occupy seats. An additional airport tax of HK$942 per person and a tour service fee of HK$130 per person per day (HK$780 per person for 6 days) will apply. If passengers request a crib, our company will assist passengers in requesting arrangements from the hotel, but the hotel reserves the right of final decision.

Customers under the age of 18 must meet the following registration requirements: [under 15 years old] must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; [15 years old but under 18 years old] if not accompanied by a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian must give their consent and sign the registration form, and the customer must have appropriate comprehensive travel insurance.

The itinerary and flights are subject to change and are subject to the airline's arrangements. Hotels, meals, and itinerary order may also be adjusted according to actual circumstances and are subject to the arrangements of the local tour operator. Please understand that any changes will not be notified separately. No objection or withdrawal may be made on any grounds of non-compliance.

The products or services offered at the shopping stops included in the itinerary are not provided by our company. Therefore, tour members must be fully aware of these terms and conditions. Customers will review the value, quality of products or services before making any purchases. Please note that if exchanges or returns are required upon return to Hong Kong, our company reserves the right to charge applicable handling fees.

Customers participating in existing itinerary activities or optional activities must follow the instructions and arrangements of staff and assess their own physical condition and the nature of the activity to determine whether participation is appropriate. Customers assume full responsibility for all consequences and should consult a doctor or other professional if in doubt. Existing itinerary activities and optional activities may be subject to local restrictions, and customers may be unable to participate. The company will not provide any compensation if activities are cancelled due to local conditions, weather, emergency repairs, or other uncontrollable circumstances, or if customers are unable to participate due to local restrictions.

Our company collects guests' identification documents solely for flight-related purposes. Other visa issues are not our responsibility and guests are required to handle them independently.

If there are any adjustments to the fee details, the information at the time of registration shall prevail.

Important Notice: All tour members must travel with the group and are not allowed to stop along the way.

Before a hotel receives an official rating from the relevant authorities in accordance with national standards, our company will use "quasi-star" or "X-star standard" to indicate the hotel's rating for travelers' reference.

If breakfast cannot be arranged at the hotel or restaurant due to early morning return flight issues, a breakfast box will be provided instead, and the company will not provide additional compensation.

Different transportation service providers have different requirements regarding the maximum gestational age for pregnant women or the minimum age for infants to participate. Please contact customer service for details.

Transportation service providers may require medical certificates and/or valid negative COVID-19 test results to demonstrate that a customer is fit to ride the transportation, depending on the customer's health condition, and reserve the right to refuse boarding to customers.

Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotels may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

For tours departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at meeting points and customs checkpoints. Our company will have a designated person call you the day before the tour to confirm the exact meeting time.

In accordance with national environmental protection policies, the hotel has discontinued providing complimentary disposable amenities in the rooms; guests are kindly requested to bring their own.

Take a domestic tour bus. Seating on domestic tour buses is arranged according to the order in which guests register.

Seasonal activities (such as viewing autumn leaves and flowers) and other outdoor activities are subject to weather and other factors. If these cannot be arranged, they will be cancelled without refund. The above images are for reference only.

If a member suddenly withdraws from the tour or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals, sightseeing or accommodation) during the trip, it will be considered as an automatic waiver, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
