Our specialty, yuba, is made with several types of soybeans and is characterized by its silky smooth texture and mellow sweetness! We also offer our own tofu made with Hokkaido-grown Toyomasari soybeans, and seasonal kaiseki courses such as lava-grilled Japanese black beef and shabu-shabu.

Yuba is appealing for its silky smooth texture, mellow sweetness, and rich flavor. Enjoy freshly made yuba, which is made using soy milk with a higher sugar content than usual, pulled up one sheet at a time right in front of you. This is an original menu only available at our restaurant, where you can enjoy the rich flavor and richness that only freshly made yuba can offer, combined with our special diluted soy sauce and sprinkled yuzu to your liking. - For seat-only reservations, we accept bookings for kaiseki courses priced at 4,200 JPY (tax included) or more per person on weekdays (Monday to Friday). For Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we accept bookings for kaiseki courses priced at 5,200 JPY (tax included) or more per person.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before the scheduled time. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged (the actual fees stated on your booking confirmation will take precedence): The following cancellation policy applies to reservations for 2 or more guests. Please note that a cancellation fee may be charged for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. ○ Seat-only reservations Cancellation on the previous day: 1,000 JPY per person Cancellation on the day of: 2,000 JPY per person ○ Changes to the number of guests A fee of 1,000 JPY per person will be charged for any changes to the number of guests made on the day of the reservation. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but we cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
