Our pride and joy is our signature dish, 'Sento Motsunabe.' Based on a shiitake mushroom broth, this exquisite dish features savory seared offal, refreshing salted malt lemon, and garlic. We offer 4 types of Motsunabe, and our Sento Motsunabe is also available for mail order. In addition, we have a wide selection of Hakata specialty a la carte dishes that go well with alcohol. We also have an extensive drink menu, and all-you-can-drink options can be added to our courses. The restaurant features a natural atmosphere with table seating, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions.
Our proud "Senzu Motsunabe" (Offal Hot Pot) is characterized by its refined broth, which is infused with the flavor of shiitake mushrooms. The charcoal-grilled offal is fragrant and the excess fat is removed, resulting in a refreshing taste. The refreshing taste of salted rice malt and lemon adds an accent. The garlic flavor is also effective, and you can feel the richness. In addition to the classic Senzu (salt), there are also a wide variety of flavors, such as soy sauce, miso, and spicy miso.
