'Jimoto-ai' is a charcoal-grilled izakaya where you can casually enjoy dishes made from scratch using only seasonal local land and sea ingredients, including Daisen chicken delivered directly every morning and fresh local seasonal fish. Please also enjoy seasonal local beers and sake. We use local kiln vessels, including 'Shussai-gama' from Izumo. Founded in 2012 by a shop owner from Hoki Town. We offer seasonal flavors of San'in, available only at certain times of the year, using local mountain and sea ingredients. The menu is designed to match the ingredients of the season, and you can enjoy handcrafted dishes that cherish the natural flavor of the ingredients, such as Oyama chicken and fish from Sakaiminato. We also offer craft beer "Oyama G Beer" and pure rice sake made from the revived sake rice "Kyokuri." Each dish is presented in traditional craftware, adding a touch of seasonal color. Our chicken dishes are made with generous amounts of locally raised Daisen chicken and Piyo chicken. We directly source fresh Daisen chicken every day, and we never compromise on quality. Please enjoy our wide variety of chicken dishes.
We offer approximately 40 types of carefully selected local sake, selected for each season. You can enjoy sake in local sake vessels, such as those from Denishi Kiln, Nakai Kiln, and Yumachi Kiln. The feel and taste of the sake vessels are exceptional. The latest brands and recommended information are regularly updated on our official website, so please check it out before visiting.
The restaurant's interior is filled with a warm atmosphere, made with an abundance of solid wood. In addition to counter and table seating, there are also private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables for groups of three or more. It can accommodate up to 38 people, making it ideal for private use. Conveniently located just a three-minute walk from Yonago Station, it's convenient for after-work meals or small gatherings. Enjoy a relaxing time in a space that suits your group size and occasion.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
