We take pride in our skewers, grilled over Binchotan charcoal with a sauce we have been replenishing for 36 years since our founding, and our motsu stew, which is prepared over 24 hours! We offer one of the largest selections of local sake and regional shochu in the Tsudanuma area. You can also enjoy a toast with draft beer from a Kirin Ichiban Shibori premium draft certified shop. Our comfortable space features counter seats right in front of the grill and table seats that can be adjusted to fit your group size. It is the perfect spot for any occasion, from a drink after work to family meals and large banquets!
Each skewer of motsuyaki is carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal. The aged sauce, which has been added to over the 36 years since the restaurant opened, is a classic flavor. Other dishes include a salt blend of two types of salt and spices, and a secret spicy miso that further enhances the flavor of the motsuyaki. The stewed offal, which takes more than 24 hours to prepare, is a must-try delicacy when you visit. Enjoy a pleasant time surrounded by fragrant grilled skewers and delicious stewed food!
Our restaurant is easily accessible, just a 3-minute walk from Tsudanuma Station. The warm lighting and lively atmosphere create a comfortable atmosphere. All seats are non-smoking, and we have a smoking booth available. You can also bring children with you. The counter, where you can enjoy the live atmosphere of skewers being grilled right before your eyes, is perfect for individuals or small groups. The table seating can be rearranged to suit the number of people, making it perfect for groups and banquets. We can accommodate private reservations for up to 55 people, so please contact us by phone first.

The "Botchan Full Stomach Course" offers satisfying cuisine and 150 minutes of all-you-can-drink standard drinks for a relaxing experience. The menu boasts a wide variety of dishes, including an assortment of grilled skewers, the popular white offal, specially stewed offal, and low-temperature cooked meat sashimi. Available for groups of two or larger, it's perfect for a variety of occasions, from casual after-work drinks, girls' nights, and seasonal parties.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
