The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and is equipped with table seats, private rooms with horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) seating, and counter seats. The Tower of Bliss allows you to fully enjoy the charm of Noto beef. It is generously topped with rare cuts such as sirloin, thick-sliced tongue, premium top sirloin, Zabuton loin, and aitchbone. Quantities are limited, so order early. This is the ultimate Noto beef tower. Enjoy it with Japanese sake, local sake, or wine that pairs well with the meat.
We offer A5-rank Noto beef, carefully selected by our professional connoisseurs with many years of experience. You can enjoy rare cuts that can only be enjoyed by purchasing the whole cow. We also recommend "Noto Beef Sirloin Yakisuki" and "Extremely Fine Top Blade", which is characterized by its rich flavor and fresh texture. "Thick-Cut Tongue" is large and satisfying, yet offered at an affordable price. Enjoy the taste that only our commitment to quality can provide, with both your eyes and your tongue.
The restaurant has a calming Japanese atmosphere and is equipped with relaxing tables and private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables. There is also a private room for up to 10 people, inspired by a red-light district, with a distinctive shining wall. There are also counter seats that can be used as couple seats. As there is space between adjacent seats, you can enjoy the privacy of a semi-private room. The entire restaurant can be reserved for up to 100 people.
