We offer a selection of high-quality meats, including our carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu Chateaubriand 'Daishogun no Hitosara' and fresh premium tongue purchased as a whole. With table seating for 2 to 8 people, we can accommodate everything from small groups to larger gatherings. We are also flexible with private bookings. Whether for business entertainment, a drink after work, or a special moment with loved ones, we provide a relaxing yakiniku experience.
The restaurant's signature dish, "Taishogun's Dish," is a luxurious offering of Japanese Black Beef Chateaubriand. Sold by weight in quantities of 100g or more, the origin and price change daily, adding to the enjoyment. A simple seasoning of salt brings out the flavor of the meat, accented with wasabi and green chili peppers. You can fully enjoy high-quality Japanese beef in a traditional Japanese style. This is a special dish that will give you a different taste every time you visit.
Fresh tongue is purchased whole, butchered and served on the same day. This luxurious dish, with careful attention paid to the thickness, allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. You can choose from lemon, fragrant apple cider vinegar, or hoa jiao as a garnish. The apple cider vinegar in particular has a refreshing taste and goes well with the sauce. Adding hoa jiao brings out the flavor of the fat, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. Enjoy the rich aroma and texture.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
