Enjoy chewy pasta made with Italian Gragnanesi pasta, which is made using a process similar to traditional sun-dried methods. All pasta sauces are homemade, with a flavor familiar to Japanese people. We offer a wide variety of menu items, including "Amatriciana," a dish of pancetta and onions slowly simmered in a chili tomato sauce.
