Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may be canceled due to weather or ocean conditions. In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for transportation costs to the tour location.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Yurigahama Beach only appears during low tide. *Even during low tide, it may not appear or may only appear partially due to the influence of wind and waves. ・The meeting time changes depending on the tide. (9:00-15:30) *The exact time will be announced after your reservation is confirmed.
Other important points to note:
- ・If you cannot see Yurigahama Beach, you will only be able to take the glass-bottom boat cruise. *Please note that in this case, there will be no discounts. ・You can use the nearby "municipal toilets and showers."
Reminders
Participant age: 3 to 90 years old
What to wear and bring: Beach sandals, towel, swimsuit, change of clothes, sunscreen
Rental equipment: None
Minimum number of participants: 1 person
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
