Participant age: 3 to 70 years old
Clothing and what to bring: ◆ Clothing Clothing that is easy to move in and don't mind getting wet. Synthetic fabrics that dry quickly are recommended. Please take measures to protect yourself from the cold, such as wearing a fleece or windbreaker. ◆ Shoes Footwear that is easy to move in and don't mind getting wet. Jogging shoes or sneakers are good choices. ◆ Gloves Please be sure to bring gloves to keep you warm. ◆ Towel ◆ Change of clothes, etc. As you will be working near water, you may get wet. Be sure to bring these with you. ◆ Sunscreen ◆ Hat A knit cap or other hat that can keep you warm is recommended. ◆ Sunglasses The morning sun can be very bright, so please bring those you need. *If you wear glasses, it's a good idea to bring a glasses band. ◆ Drinking water for hydration A lidded bottle, such as a plastic bottle, is recommended. ◆ Heat packs Stick-on types and those for the feet are effective.
