Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the captain deems the wave height or wind strength to be dangerous on the day, the tour may be cancelled.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- *Please note that refunds will not be given even if you do not see any whales. *As rough weather is common in winter, we will decide whether to depart depending on the conditions. This tour is for those who are currently healthy and not suffering from any illness or injury. Before boarding, you will need to sign a liability waiver. Those who are feeling unwell or have a fever on the day of the tour will not be allowed to board. Those who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day will not be allowed to board. In the event of sudden bad weather or injuries during the tour, the tour may be canceled and we may have to return to port.
Reminders
Participant age: 5 to 60 years old
What to wear and bring: The temperature on board will feel colder than on land, so we recommend wearing warm clothing. You may also get splashed by waves. Please dress warmly. It will be cold on board, so we recommend a boat coat. *Please bring your own lunch and drinks. Towel, swimsuit (to wear), motion sickness medicine, cold weather gear (something you don't mind getting wet), camera, etc.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
