Embark on a journey focused on balance and wellness, starting with a pick-up from your hotel lobby. You will enjoy a bicycle trip (around 5km) through the peaceful countryside to Thanh Dong village. Upon arrival at Madame Vân_Food & Drinks, you'll be greeted with a welcome herb Lemon Tea.

Your host will then guide you through their medicinal garden, introducing you to a diversity of plants and explaining how they are used as food according to traditional Eastern principles of balance. You will have the opportunity to harvest leaves from dedicated plants and learn how to prepare them to eat raw. Following the garden experience, you'll participate in a short cooking class featuring "Banh Xeo" (local pancake) before sitting down to enjoy a healthy and delicious Vietnamese family-style lunch or dinner.
