Business hours for cancellation and refund requests: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00. Closed on weekends and public holidays. Cancellation requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Golf courses generally remain open for play even when it rains.
In most cases, play continues after waiting out temporary squalls. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not available.
