- Night service surcharge: +SGD 10 applies for bookings between 10PM-7AM
- Extended distance: +SGD 10 per 10 km beyond 30km (varies by vehicle type)
- Per child seat service:
I) infant seat - 0-1 years old $30
II) kanga seat - 1-3 years old $15
Iii) mifold - 4-7 years old $15
(must be requested during booking)
- Meet & greet service: +SGD 10 (driver assists with luggage and directions)
- Multiple stops: +SGD 15 per additional stop beyond direct point-to-point transfer
- Extended waiting: +SGD 10 per additional 15-minute block beyond complimentary time

Upfront payment for child seat and miscellaneous services must be paid upfront. Please check chat for updates
Child seat is a must for anyone below the height of 1.35m under the traffic law in Singapore. Failure to proper secure with proper child seat will resulted fines for passengers as well up to SGD$300. Only combi are exempted to this ruling.
Distance will be based on google map distance. Any discrepancy on the distance purchased, will be informed before the trip starts.
For booking during these two period, there will be a 50% surcharge on the voucher / distance purchased . A) from eve of Chinese new year till 7th day of Chinese new year B) 7 days before and 7 days after Singapore Formula period.

Health & Safety Advisory: Passengers with motion sickness or mobility impairments must notify during booking to ensure appropriate vehicle selection and driver preparation. Child safety seats available upon request (+SGD 15).
A minimum of 1 hour advance booking is required for all car types, whereas Combi vehicles must be booked at least 12 hours in advance via the URL included in your voucher.
Transportation Zone: Within SingaporeEach redemption code can only be used ONCE. Please ensure all booking details are correct before confirming your reservation as codes cannot be reused.
Pick-up point: Any location within Singapore island (hotels, airports, cruise terminals, attractions)
Meeting Location: Driver will wait at designated pickup point
Duration approx.: Variable based on route (typically 15-60 minutes for up to 30km distance)
Luggage Instructions: Standard luggage included (2 pieces for Sedan, 4 pieces for MPV/Alphard). Oversized items may require upgrade to larger vehicle
How to Use
- Visit the booking URL in your voucher → Enter KKday confirmation code → Enter redemption code → Select pickup/drop-off locations → Choose pickup time → Confirm booking details.
- After successful redemption, you will receive an email confirmation with driver details and booking reference. Receipt of this confirmation email indicates successful redemption and booking completion. Please monitor your inbox and check spam folder.
- Provide accurate pickup location and contact number during redemption. Driver will wait at designated spot for 15minutes (free waiting time).
- Confirm passenger count and luggage requirements during booking to ensure appropriate vehicle assignment (Sedan/MPV/Alphard).
- Ensure valid phone number for driver coordination. WhatsApp preferred for real-time communication on booking day.
- Notify during redemption if you have motion sickness, mobility requirements, need child seats, or wheelchair accessibility.
- Night bookings (10PM-7AM) incur +SGD 10 surcharge. Extended distance beyond 30km charges additional fees. Multiple stops available for +SGD 15 per stop.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. No-show or last-minute cancellation may forfeit voucher value.
- Save customer service number provided in confirmation email for day-of-service assistance or changes.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
