- Groups including children aged 5 and older are welcome to participate. This is a safe course with minimal drops in the river rapids, designed so that even children can enjoy it with peace of mind. Duration: Approximately 3 hours from meeting to dismissal.

The view from the river level, the coolness of the water, the flow of the stream, and above all, the experience of boarding a boat together as a family and spending time in nature will surely become a memorable experience for your children.

- The rafting course includes a jumping spot. It is a rare experience that you cannot easily find in daily life, making it a wonderful memory. Parents, why not join in and take the leap together?

- We provide all the necessary equipment, so you can join us easily without any special preparation. Whether you are camping or on a road trip with your family, you can even make a last-minute booking like 'Shall we go rafting tomorrow?'—as long as you have a change of clothes, you are all set.

- Children cannot participate alone. The tour will be held even in rainy weather.
Reminders
Participant age: 5 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: 1. Clothes that are easy to move in and don't mind getting wet. (Fleece, tracksuit, thermal clothing, T-shirts, shorts, swimsuit, etc. *Depends on the season) Spring and Fall: Fleece, tracksuit, quick-drying long-sleeved and long-pants underwear, etc. Summer: T-shirts (rash guards, etc.), shorts (long pants, spats, leggings, etc. are recommended for sun protection and insect bite prevention), swimsuit, etc. (synthetic, quick-drying materials are recommended, not cotton) 2. A change of clothes for when you get wet 3. A towel 4. If you wear glasses, straps, etc. (HOA also sells them for 100 yen)
Rental equipment: HOA provides all the necessary equipment for rafting. Dry suits or spray jackets, life jackets, helmets, and wet boots. *Dry suits are only worn in spring, fall, and when the temperature is low. They are not worn in summer.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
