- The meeting time and location is 9:20 AM. Meet with the staff holding the "BX" sign in front of the information board at the North Exit Plaza of Hon-Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Line.
- If you are 15 minutes late for the meeting time, your trip will be cancelled without refund, but the trip will still depart as scheduled.
- Lunch will be a sushi bento box. Please bring your own lunch if you have any food preferences or allergies, as we cannot offer replacements.

Reminders
Please bring your own drinks to stay hydrated as there will be physical activity involved. Please also bring your own workout shorts and T-shirt.
During the Ittō-ryū swordsmanship experience, participants will practice sparring with a wooden sword without wearing protective gear, and there is a possibility of injury. Participants must be aware of this danger and assume all risks associated with participating.
Communication during the experience will be conducted in Japanese and English; Chinese or other languages will not be available.
