• Both tickets are valid only on the day of the tour.

• Lost tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Advance reservation is mandatory. The free shuttle bus is exclusive to package customers.

  • Present your QR-coded reservation voucher or mobile voucher along with your passport or Alien Registration Card. Reservation emails alone are not valid.

  • Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will result in no-show status with no refund.

  • Missed boarding at Incheon Airport? Join the tour at Incheon Sangsang Platform by arriving no later than 12:45 PM for check-in.

  • Your guide will wear a badge labeled “Incheon Bus Tour.”

  • Follow all instructions given by the guide to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

  • Hanji Making Class: Allow ample time to participate in the class before departure.

  • Hanji Making Class: If you miss boarding at Incheon Airport, you can join the class at Sangsang Platform or receive a voucher to redeem later.
