Please be on time for the group. Latecomers will not be accepted. (Meeting place and time: Hong Kong International Airport. The supplier will send a text message to the customer five days before departure to inform them of the group’s meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information.)
Luggage restrictions: 1 piece of luggage 30 inches or smaller (weight of luggage is not more than 15KG/person)
Flight information is for reference only, including whether it is a direct flight, route and time, all of which are subject to the announcement of the airline/reception agency; high-speed trains (HSR), intercity trains (EMU) or train schedules may change, which is subject to the arrangement of the railway service provider. The arrangement order of itinerary, meals and hotels is subject to the reception agency. If there is any change, no further notice will be given, and guests may not object or withdraw for any reason. Airline flights will be arranged in economy class; high-speed trains (HSR), intercity trains (EMU) or trains will be arranged in second tickets/hard seats/hard sleepers (whichever is the lower fare), and passengers may not object or withdraw for any reason.

The tour fee does not include the tour group service fee (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and supplier-related staff). Each registered passenger is required to pay a service fee of HKD130/day (a total of HKD650/person for 5 days). The price is the same for all ages and will be collected from group members individually before the end of the tour.
If you are a single person, you need to pay the Single room rate. If you are a three-person group, you can choose to share a room with three people (there are only two single beds in the room, no extra beds). If you choose to share a room with three people without extra beds, you will be deemed to have agreed to voluntarily give up the right to half a room. Single passengers who do not occupy a bed may need to pay the relevant fees according to the room facilities.
Passengers must present valid travel documents and identity documents. Travel documents must be valid for more than six months from the return date of the group. All losses caused by failure to enter or exit due to invalid documents must be borne by the passenger.
Fuel surcharges, taxes or other service charges are subject to the latest announcement by the airline or relevant agency on the day of ticket issuance. The Company will refund the excess amount to the customer, or recover the difference caused by foreign currency fluctuations from the customer, and must be paid before departure (except for all-inclusive tour products).
The Supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 to join the Supplier's tour group without an adult. Unaccompanied passengers aged between 16 and 18 must go to a branch with their parents or legal guardians to register for the tour group and complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" and submit a copy of the participant's birth certificate and a copy of the Hong Kong identity card/passport of their parents or legal guardians.
If a traveler suddenly withdraws from the tour or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals, sightseeing or accommodation, etc.) during the tour, it will be deemed as automatic waiver. The traveler must sign the group member withdrawal notice and all fees paid will not be refunded.
There is no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the tour group, and only local tour guides are responsible for reception. The company reserves the right to send supervisors to accompany the group to ensure the quality of the group. Passengers are not allowed to object or withdraw, request a refund/refuse to pay the specified tour group service fee or request compensation for any reason. The supplier will notify the guests of the group departure information via SMS one working day before departure: the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information.
The company strictly prohibits any person (including tour leaders and tour guides) from forcing or enticing tourists to consume by any harassment, coercion or bad sales tactics. Tourists should consider the price and quality of their products/services before paying. If you need to exchange or return the product after returning to Hong Kong, a handling fee of no less than HK$300 will be charged. Please note.
Guests who join a tour group must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
Our company's age definition for charging: 0 to 23 months old is an infant; 2 to 11 years old is a child not occupying a bed (the age definition of children is determined based on different routes); 12 years old or above/children who need to occupy a bed are adults.
This tour has already enjoyed a group discount. Elderly or child passengers will not receive an additional refund for the difference in discount.
In accordance with national environmental protection policy requirements, the hotel has cancelled the free disposable items in the rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
The order of itinerary, meals and accommodation is subject to local reception arrangements. If there is any adjustment, no further notice will be given.
For details of the fees, please refer to the itinerary or ask the staff. If there are any adjustments, it will be subject to the time of registration.
Some facilities and activities in the scenic area and hotel may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without further notice.
Take a domestic tour bus. The seating order of domestic tour buses is based on the order in which guests register.

You can choose to join the self-paid package according to your own needs. If you do not join the arrangement of the guest, you can enjoy free activities arranged by the local tour guide. Please pay attention.
The tickets included in the package are discounted tickets purchased by the travel agency. If you cancel voluntarily, the ticket fee is not refundable; if you hold a student ID, senior citizen ID, military ID, etc., the local tour guide will refund it to you according to the preferential policies of the local scenic spot. Children's fees do not include tickets. If you need them, please buy them at the scenic spot.
In the event of force majeure (snow, heavy rain, car maintenance, etc.) or policy adjustments that make it impossible to visit attractions and programs (such as local temple ceremonies, etc.), our agency has the right to cancel or replace them with other attractions or programs of equal value. The fees for the free attractions and programs will not be refunded, and we have the right to make corresponding adjustments to the order of attractions and accommodation.
Because the scenery presented in each season is different, the actual scenery is subject to the on-site presentation. The pictures provided by the company are for reference only. Seasonal attractions (such as flower viewing/red leaves, etc.), other outdoor activities and special celebrations may be affected by force majeure factors such as weather or the organizer. If they cannot be arranged or do not meet personal expectations, the company will not make any compensation.
Please avoid leaving the group during the trip. If necessary, please inform the tour guide in advance by text message or in writing, and return to the group on time at the agreed time. Please avoid going to areas with potential safety hazards and poor public security. Please travel with friends during free activities and avoid acting alone. Tourists shall bear the risks of tours not organized by the company. The losses and disputes caused by this shall be borne and resolved by the tourists themselves, and the travel agency shall not bear any responsibility. It is advisable to travel with friends at night or during free activities and inform the tour guide. Remember the tour guide's mobile phone number for backup and pay attention to personal and property safety.
Travel in a civilized manner, take care of the flowers, trees, cultural relics and historical sites in the scenic area, do not scribble on the scenic area and historical sites, do not litter, respect the customs of local ethnic minorities, etc. There are small stalls around many scenic spots and hotels. If you do not intend to buy, please do not bargain with them. Once the price is agreed, it is easy to cause conflicts if you do not buy. Please keep a normal mentality when traveling, do not be impatient, and understand and help each other.
Please cooperate with the tour guide to fill out the local "Tourist Opinion Form" truthfully. Tourist complaints are mainly based on the opinion form filled out by tourists in the local area. Complaints after returning from those who do not fill in or fill in false information will not be accepted. If you have any objections to the service standards of the travel agency during the trip, please try to resolve them locally. If you cannot resolve them locally during the tour, you can file them locally.
The company will not make any form of compensation if the trip is delayed due to force majeure factors such as vehicle mechanical failure, traffic jam or any other traffic cancellation.
The group fee and self-funded project charges are subject to registration and may be adjusted during peak season without prior notice.
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed.
