There will be no fireworks announcements in the 13th floor observation area. This only applies to the private rooms on the 9th floor.
If a violation occurs, your reservation will be invalid and no refunds will be given, and you will be asked to leave if you are using the facility. We are not responsible for any damages or troubles that may result from this.
