・Oak Valley Ski Resort
Oak Valley Resort features distinct seasons, each offering beautiful scenery that allows everyone to relax in nature and enjoy culture and sports. Located in Gangwon-do, it boasts natural conditions and an exotic atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are in Europe. The ski resort opened in 2006, and the slopes of the Oak Valley 'Snow Park' were specially designed. The Snow Park slopes consist of 9 trails in total, including 2 for beginners, 5 for intermediates, and 2 for experts, each with its own unique characteristics.

Created by the Hyundai Group with an investment of billions of KRW, this 1.4-kilometer-long ultra-luxurious light tunnel and 3D forest light show offer a visual feast as you stroll through the natural forest.

・Children under 3 years old are free of charge, but this does not include a seat on the bus or any admission tickets. Please note this in your booking and provide proof of age.
・The Sonata of Light 3D light show involves stairs during the tour. Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be used, and it is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
・To ensure smooth communication, please confirm that your mobile phone has international roaming enabled or provide your WeChat/WhatsApp/Line ID (for Line users, please ensure your ID is set to public in advance).
・If you need to bring a stroller, wheelchair, or luggage, please be sure to note the exact quantity and size when booking.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Acrophobia, Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

  • Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Tourists who arrive after departure will be deemed to have canceled the trip automatically, and the fee will not be refunded.

  • The minimum size of children's ski equipment is 20cm, and the maximum size of adult ski equipment is 30cm (calculated based on the length of the sole of the foot).

  • Please do not specify the service language for this itinerary. The service language will be arranged according to the main language used by the group on that day.

  • If the travel date falls on a statutory holiday in South Korea, the activity experience may be affected due to the large flow of people. Please confirm in advance and make a reservation.

  • After arriving at the ski resort, please follow the guide's instructions to collect the equipment. The mountain road is cold at night, so please take measures to keep warm.

  • If it rains heavily on the day of departure, the 3D Forest Light Show will be temporarily suspended. Refunds will be made at that time. The 5,000 won ticket fee will be refunded automatically.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
