The driver will be waiting for passengers in the arrival hall holding a sign with the passenger's name on it. The sign will not have "KKday" printed on it. Please identify the name of the local pick-up company "Taxi2Airport".
If you want to change your pick-up information after ordering, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic jams or other force majeure factors, passengers may miss their flights. In this case, no refunds will be given. Please be informed.
