Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early and confirm the correct location yourself. Because we need to pick up guests at multiple pick-up points, the bus can only wait 5 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. Latecomers will not be accepted for same-day rescheduling or refunds. Please understand that the pick-up time may be delayed by 10-15 minutes due to late arrivals or poor road conditions.
Skiing is an intense and dangerous sport, so it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in Korea before traveling there.
All ski equipment must be reserved in advance. Changes to the plan and refunds cannot be made on the spot. It is recommended to reserve in advance, as lift tickets will also be more discounted.
For safety reasons, it is prohibited to walk on the ski slopes with ski equipment in hand. If you do not have ski equipment, you cannot enter the ski resort and are limited to rest in the dining area.
If you collide with other tourists during skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication. You will be responsible for the medical expenses or compensation costs.
There is one coach or assistant for every 10-20 students. The actual situation is mainly based on the supplier's deployment on the day.
As skiing is an injury-prone outdoor sport, we recommend bringing your own waterproof ski gloves, knee pads, and hip protectors. If you don't have any, you can purchase them on-site. Waterproof gloves start at 15,000 won, and rental of a helmet or protective gear costs 10,000 won each.
