- Experience facilities will be closed for a break from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
- As your clothes may get stained with mud, please wear comfortable clothing.
- The ground may be slippery, so please be cautious for your safety.
- Sandals, slippers, sneakers, and other footwear are not allowed inside the festival zone.
- Please store your shoes in the designated shoe storage area before entering.
- We are not responsible for any lost shoes.
- We are not responsible for lost valuables or personal belongings inside the festival grounds.
- The Family Zone is available for children aged 3 to 14 and their family members.
- Guests aged 15 and above are required to purchase a regular ticket.
