Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and amenities are provided in the shower rooms and private baths.
High chairs for children are available at the main entrance. Bath chairs and baby shampoo are available in private baths and shower rooms — feel free to use them.
Towels (bath & face) are not provided in the shower rooms or private baths. Please bring them from your tent or use the rental service.
Pajamas are not provided — please bring your own.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome inside your room and within the fenced area of your site.
If fur or mess is left behind, please clean up using the provided cleaning tools.
Pet waste must be disposed of in the designated Pet Waste Box located inside the BBQ house. Do not use the tent’s trash bin.
Leashes are required at all times when moving around the site. Use leash hooks available throughout the property if you need to temporarily leave your pet.
Pets are not allowed inside the main school building, including bathrooms, showers, and the management area.
The gymnasium is an exception, but pets must be carried or placed in a pet stroller.
Please prevent excessive barking and ensure pets are under control at all times.
Guests are responsible for any issues that may arise between pets.
When using the private bath, if your pet cannot be left alone in the room, please take turns.
(Bath time extensions are not available.)
Cleaning fees may apply if bedding or equipment is soiled by pet waste.

When Using the Facility
Quiet time starts from 11:00 PM. Please avoid loud noise.
Manage your own food and drinks. We are not responsible for any food issues.
You can only use handheld fireworks in designated areas until 9:30 PM.
As the area is outdoors, you may encounter insects or wild animals. Please be careful.
Dangerous acts like fighting, using drugs, or stealing will be reported to the police.
We are not responsible for troubles or accidents between guests.
No fire, smoking, or barbecues inside the tents.
Rentals and Equipment
Rental items must be reserved in advance. Same-day requests might not be possible.
Extra fees may apply if rental items or rooms are damaged or soiled by pets.
Please do not take towels or other items home. If taken, we may ask you to return them.
Parking Rules
Parking is only for guests. Please lock your car and don’t leave valuables inside.
We are not responsible for any accidents or theft in the parking lot.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during your stay.
For guests under 18, guardians take full responsibility.
Please keep your valuables safe.
If We Need to Close
We may close or stop use without notice in case of natural disasters, emergencies, or equipment problems.
If Rules Are Broken
If someone acts dangerously or breaks the rules, we may ask them to leave immediately.
In such cases, no refund will be given, and future bookings may not be accepted.
Damage Compensation
If you damage equipment or items (not due to natural causes), you may be charged.

- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
