Tsuru no Hitokoe is a Japanese restaurant that makes generous use of pesticide-free vegetables from contracted farmers on Awaji Island, as well as seasonal seafood and ingredients. You can also enjoy pairings with sake and wine carefully selected to complement the Japanese cuisine. It is a sophisticated hideaway perfect for celebrations and special nights. *Starting February 3, 2026, in addition to changes to the course menu, we will resume offering à la carte dishes. We have prepared everything from popular dishes to rare delicacies, so please come and enjoy them.
We select the most seasonal ingredients for each season and serve them in a way that suits them. By using different cooking methods depending on the fish, such as "grilled" or "marinated with kelp," we can create dishes with even more umami. Please try our proud a la carte dishes.
The restaurant has an open kitchen counter and table seating, giving you a taste of Japanese elegance. Whether you're dining alone or on a date, the counter is perfect for casual dining, while the table seating is perfect for friends and family. Please choose the restaurant that best suits your needs.
We have been operating for 38 years, thanks to your guidance and support, since we first opened in 1985. We have been through a lot, but we are grateful to be able to continue operating vigorously. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
