Enjoy fresh local chicken at 'Yakitori Torifuji'. Our yakitori is charcoal-grilled using the 'ibushi-yaki' (smoked grilling) method to ensure it stays juicy. We offer various seating options, including counter seats where you can watch the cooking process, as well as private rooms and booth seating. With its chic atmosphere, our restaurant is also recommended for dates. We have also started offering 4500 yen (weekdays Mon-Thu only), 5500 yen, and 7000 yen courses that include all-you-can-drink! Located just an 8-minute walk from Toyama Station, we are easily accessible, so please feel free to drop by.
You can enjoy fresh local chicken at our restaurant. All chicken meat is carefully selected from domestically produced chicken. By changing the cutting and skewering method depending on the part of the chicken, you can enjoy the unique texture and appearance of each part.
