This tour is a local tour mainly for Japanese people. The tour conductor will speak Japanese, but necessary instructions will be provided in written form in English/Chinese. In addition, in the event of an emergency, we will use translation apps on tablet devices to assist you.

This tour is available for booking from the age of 20 and above, with a minimum of one participant. (Shared room arrangements are not available.)

At the meeting point, staff holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag) will be waiting for you. Please confirm the course name and complete the check-in using the name of the representative participant. Additionally, check-in will only be processed once all accompanying participants have arrived.

This tour is not guided. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (but will not act as a tour guide).

Depending on the number of participants, bus seats may be shared or assigned to front and back rows. Thank you for your understanding. Additionally, seat assignments on buses, trains, and ships will be arranged at the discretion of our company.

Children aged 6 to under 12 will be charged the same price as adults. The fee for infants includes only the bus seat; bedding and meal costs are not included. Thank you for your understanding. Additionally, some accommodation facilities may charge a facility usage fee, which must be paid directly at the hotel.

Guests under elementary school age can only participate if sharing a room with an adult. (Single room use for guests under elementary school age is not permitted.)

The bus company may change on the day of departure due to a malfunction of the bus or the driver's health condition (we are not responsible for any changes due to these reasons).

The above schedule may be subject to change depending on the availability of buses and other transportation, weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc.

Tourist information pamphlets and other materials handed out by tour guides are generally in Japanese.

Please note that depending on the weather conditions on the day of departure, it may not be possible to proceed with the Alpine Route tour. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that during consecutive holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays, due to traffic congestion and other traffic conditions, arrival and return times may be significantly delayed compared to other departure dates.

During peak seasons (long weekends, etc.), the Tateyama Cable Car may be delayed due to congestion, and a replacement bus may be used. In such cases, there will be no fare difference or refund.

Please note that due to the nature of the region, many of the accommodation facilities used for this tour are small-scale. Some room types may not have a private bathroom or toilet. Additionally, some facilities may not provide sufficient amenities (such as hair dryers, toothbrushes, combs, razors, etc.). We kindly ask for your understanding that this tour may be slightly less convenient compared to regular tours.

If you book a room for 4 guests, you may be split into two or more rooms. Additionally, if you book a Western-style room for 3 or more guests, an extra bed or sofa bed may be used. Please note that the extra bed is typically smaller than the standard bed.

A final itinerary will be provided for this tour (including the confirmed departure time and schedule). It will be sent to you via KKDAY 5 to 7 days before the departure date.

Each person may bring one 70L suitcase, which must be left on the tour bus. Please bring valuables and other easily portable luggage with you on the Alpine Route.

We recommend bringing a raincoat or other rain gear in case of rainy weather.
