Each child seat/booster seat will incur an additional charge of 2000 yen, payable in cash to the driver on the day of travel. Please indicate this in the order notes if needed.
Please note that only one child seat can be provided per order; if you have multiple children traveling, a booster seat (suitable for ages 3-8) will be provided at the same cost of 2000 yen.
The standard service hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If the service is outside these hours, an additional late-night service fee of 2,000 yen will be charged, which must be paid to the driver in cash.

When ordering, please ensure you provide accurate pick-up and drop-off information, including pick-up and drop-off locations and times. If the pick-up and drop-off cannot be completed due to incorrect information, the order will be considered invalid and non-refundable. If the number of passengers and luggage does not match the order information or exceeds the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without a refund.
If you need to change your pick-up time and location, please inform customer service at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, changes may not be possible, and additional charges may apply depending on scheduling. For pick-up/drop-off failures due to airline delays or other reasons not attributable to the airline, no cancellation or refund will be provided. However, you can provide a detailed breakdown of your expenses for claims against the airline.
For international flight pick-up, please set a time of 90-120 minutes after the flight's arrival (30 minutes of free waiting time applies if the time limit is exceeded). For drop-off, please arrive at the airport 2-3 hours in advance (30 minutes of free waiting time applies if the time limit is exceeded). If the driver does not contact you after the time limit, he/she will leave without refund.
Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge you compensation. (Prices typically start at 30,000 yen, increasing with the level of contamination, plus the driver's lost wages for the next day, totaling 50,000 yen). To avoid unnecessary trouble and financial burden, and to ensure the next guest enjoys a clean vehicle like you, please comply with these regulations. Thank you for your support and cooperation. ❤
If you experience motion sickness, please inform us in advance. The driver will provide you with trash bags; please do not vomit on the bus. We reserve the right to claim compensation from you for any cleaning costs, subsequent lost wages, or overtime fees incurred.
Please fasten your seatbelt for safety; and keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We will not compensate for any damage.
Please ensure you provide reliable contact information. If you provide a phone number, please confirm you can receive calls in Japan. If you provide a messaging app, please ensure you have internet access and that non-friends messaging is enabled. No refunds will be provided if the pickup fails due to inability to contact you. (If the driver is driving, they may also be unable to use messaging apps; please contact KKday customer service for assistance.)
Due to traffic control at the airport pick-up/drop-off location, the driver will wait nearby and will only meet you at the designated area after receiving your notification. This may take 5-15 minutes depending on airport traffic conditions. We apologize for the inconvenience. Since traffic conditions are beyond human control, leaving the waiting area without prior notification is considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Our customer service team will be available from 7:30 AM to 1:00 AM the following day (Japan time). Driver and vehicle information will be provided by 11:00 PM the night before departure (Japan time). Please check your order details.
To ensure travel safety, we reserve the right to change the fare. We will try our best to notify you in advance, but in special circumstances we may not be able to notify you in time. By taking the fare, you agree to the fare change. If you have any concerns, please do not take the fare and contact customer service immediately. In the event of any conflict between these terms and other agreements, these terms shall prevail.
