1. Minors can enter only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. Re-entry is not allowed.
3. Children are defined as preschool-aged.
4. There is no charge for children under 24 months.
5. Bring alcohol or food is prohibited.
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Except for infants, boys over 105cm height (5 years old and older) are not permitted to enter the women's bath. (The same applies to girls.)
8. Entry is restricted for individuals who may pose a risk to others, such as those with mental illnesses, infectious skin diseases, or excessive drinkers.
9. During night time (22:00-05:00), minors without a guardian will have restricted use.
10. An additional fee will be charged if you stay beyond 24 hours.
11. Please be cautious of theft due to the lost key. Valuables must be stored at the counter, as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen due to personal negligence. A compensation fee of 20,000 KRW will be required for a lost key.
12. Large items that cannot be stored in the locker room should be checked and receive a confirmation ticket at the counter and stored in the designated area.
13. The luggage storage service allows you to store large items, such as suitcases, before entering and retrieve them after going out.
Based on your payment item you can use this service for 24 hours, feel free to store your luggage and return to use the remaining time!
※ Those who want to use or leave the sauna without going out can store it for free during the sauna hours without purchasing the luggage storage option.
14. The cleaning time for the men's bath is from 00:00 to 02:00, and for the women's bath, it is from 23:00 to 01:00. During these times, the use of some bath areas may be restricted.
15. You must bring your own shampoo and conditioner or purchase disposable products for use in the sauna.
16. At night time, Male body scrub service is unavailable on Monday.
17. Additional Services Notice Additional services such as massage or upgraded body treatments may be offered on-site. These services are optional and not included in the package purchased via KKday. Any additional services used will incur extra charges and must be paid directly on-site.
