If the number of participants is fewer than 10 or if the tour is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances such as disasters or accidents, we may need to request changes or cancellation of the tour up to 3 days before departure (13 days before for overnight stays).
Please note that due to traffic conditions on the day, the stopover time may be shortened or the order of visits may be changed.
Depending on the weather conditions, it may not be possible to enjoy the snow scenery at some tourist sites.
In winter, some areas may have icy and slippery surfaces, so please participate in the tour with winter boots or shoes that are non-slip.
The meal contents may change due to supply conditions or other factors.
At Kenrokuen, it takes about 10 minutes on foot from the bus parking lot to the garden entrance.
The entrance fee to Kenrokuen is included in the tour price.
Some areas of Kenrokuen (around Mount Esaki, the Meiji Memorial Monument, and Mount Yamazaki) are currently closed due to damage from the Noto Peninsula earthquake and to prevent further damage from aftershocks.
To visit the Shirakawago observatory, a shuttle bus (separate fee, payable locally) is required. Please be aware that due to traffic or shuttle bus operational conditions, you may not be able to reach the observatory. On the days of the Shirakawago Light Up event (13/1, 19/1, 20/1, 2/2), the shuttle bus will not be available.
For departures on 28/11, 30/11, 8/12, and 20/12, breakfast is not included. Please have breakfast before the hotel departure time (the departure time will be announced by the tour guide).

In the unlikely event of a delay, requiring the use of a taxi or necessitating an overnight stay, we will not be responsible for any related costs.
Depending on the number of participants, the bus may be a medium-sized or small bus.
The bus does not have a toilet.
Smoking is prohibited inside the bus, and reclining seats are generally not allowed (except on some tours).
No refunds will be provided if you do not utilize any special offers or benefits.

In accordance with the "Work Style Reform Law" implemented on April 1, 2019, regarding the working hours of tour guides, meal times during the tour will be considered the tour guide's break time. Additionally, you may be staying at a different accommodation from the tour group. During free time, you will generally be responsible for your own activities.
The storage period for lost items is two weeks after the completion of the tour. However, perishable items or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please be aware of this in advance.
Pets are not allowed on the tour.
Seating on the bus will be assigned by our team.
In case of an emergency, the tour guide may sit with the passengers. Please be aware of this in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
